Surfer. Dad. Builder. I help busy adults build an athletic body without living in a gym.

Lithuanian, live 10 minutes from the sea through a pine forest. I started in sport young — a decade of skateboarding, then surfing, eventually winning the Lithuanian national title multiple times and representing Lithuania at the World Surfing Games.

Along the way I built things. Helped establish surf schools in Lithuania, Japan, and Australia. Played a key role launching the first artificial wave facility in Northern Europe. Co-founded Octomoves in 2019 — the rope flow fitness brand — and helped grow it to seven figures in revenue across 70-90 countries before selling.

Before all that: I started in a telecoms call center and became a key account manager in 6 months. Bartended in Canada. Worked sales. I didn't grow up athletic-rich. I grew up curious, willing to work, and unwilling to settle.

What I've learned across all of it: the most powerful training isn't the longest, hardest, or most intense. It's the kind you can do every single day without burning out, getting injured, or quitting. That's the principle behind everything I teach now.

I call the method Movement Snacks. 5-10 minutes of intelligent daily movement, stacked on a habit you already have. It's how my clients — pro moms (I have a toddler, I get it), surfers, parents, weekend athletes, ex-athletes, people who never trained at all — build athletic bodies without living in a gym.

What I believe

  1. Daily beats intense. 5 minutes every day > 60 minutes once a week. Always.

  2. Stairs, not walls. 95% of people quit fitness in 2 weeks because the start is too steep. Make it stupid-easy and you can't fail.

  3. Mobility > flexibility. Stretching makes you flexible. Mobility makes you usable. Train control of your end ranges.

  4. Train to play. Athletic capability lasts decades. Aesthetics fade and bore. Build the body you want to live in, not just look at.

  5. Boredom is the enemy. Injury is the other one. Avoid both and you basically win the game.
